We decided to setup Old Hill to fill this gap.

Since inception, our goal has been to create a sustainable and socially responsible enterprise making the best quality artisan cheese in India!

We make artisan cheese varieties with locally sourced Himalayan milk using traditional age-old European techniques. This high quality milk shows through in our products.
